[Water Treatment Case] Purifying river water for cleaning precision electronic components.

Achieving one-tenth of water supply fees! Here are examples of using purified river water for cleaning purposes.

We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a precision parts/plating factory that wanted to reduce costs by purifying river water for use as cleaning water for precision electronic components. [Case Study] ■ Industry: Precision parts/plating factory ■ Challenge: The factory has been using tap water for cleaning precision electronic components, but the water bills are high. They want to reduce costs by purifying river water for use as cleaning water. Our company purified the turbidity of river water to the level of tap water using "ECO Clean." By enabling the use of river water, we provided water at one-tenth the price of tap water, achieving a 90% reduction in tap water costs through purification and utilization. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Water Treatment Case] Turning Colored Groundwater into Colorless, Transparent Tap Water

50% reduction in water utility fees! Here is an example of how colored groundwater has been purified for use.

We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a hot spring facility to purify colored groundwater containing organic matter so that it can be used, in order to reduce water utility costs. [Case Study] ■ Industry: Hot Spring Facility ■ Challenge: Reduction of water utility costs Purification of colored groundwater containing organic matter for use Our company proposed a system that combines coagulation sedimentation tanks, ECO Clean, and ozone microbubbles to achieve purification, decolorization, deodorization, and sterilization, resulting in water utility costs being halved. This generated a cost benefit of approximately 50 million yen annually, equivalent to 150,000 liters per day, or 750 baths for household use. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
